World Design
OldWorld 2
OldWorld 2 is an “online, persistent world, action RPG,” currently under development.
For this project my main role is sound design and implementation, but for the time being I thought I’d put my world design skills to use, helping the project get some ground work laid out early on.
In the following screens I’m responsible for the interiors shown, terrain painting, texture rehashing, and visual aesthetics such as sun/ambient color, distance fog and skybox balancing.
Starsiege: 2845
Starsiege: 2845 was to be the spiritual successor to Starsiege, but after many years of development the team decided to can the project and start on an original IP.
My main role on this project was sound design and implementation, but I did a little world design on the side.
In the following screens I’m responsible for world object placement, terrain editing/painting, and visual aesthetics such as sun/ambient color, distance fog and skybox balancing.
